Marketing
Our marketing department offers clients a full array of services from brand development and brochure production through to lead generation utilising established direct marketing techniques and the latest technological advances.
Emily Collins – Marketing Director/Resort Marketing
Emily graduated in
1993 with a degree in Business Studies and was
employed by LSI as Resort
Marketing Manager. Emily was responsible for tour
flow for a 30 strong sales line and the
development of all sales and marketing materials.
Emily was recruited by Airtours Holidays in 1997 to
develop the initial marketing strategy for the first
resort in Orlando. Her role of Product Manager
involved the development of marketing campaigns to
generate UK leads, inspection visit bookings and
tour generation. She was also responsible for the
new resort in Gran Canaria
In 2000, Emily became co-founder of TSS Marketing
Ltd and introduced the principle of Permission Marketing
into all direct marketing activity resulting in highly
efficient and cost effective programmes. On resort
Emily has worked on a range of different projects
and marketing programmes.
Sales
Our sales
experience covers all aspects of the sales process including sales development,
training, presentation development and management.
Mike Ashton -
Sales Director/Resort Management
Michael joined the
timeshare industry in 1996 after twelve years in the
direct sales business. His first timeshare role was
as a Sales Manager for
one of Europe’s most successful timeshare businesses.
In 1997, Michael joined Airtours as UK Sales Manager
handling all UK sales and was responsible for the
first in-store timeshare sales deck at the Going
Places Holiday World Superstore in York.
Michael became co-founder of TSS Marketing in 2000
as Sales and Development Director. He has spent the
last eight years working on a variety of projects
and assisting resorts and management companies to
market and sell their timeshare inventory.
IT
Our IT team offers both technical consultancy and effective web design for lead generation and company presentation.
Ross Parsons – Web Master/Creative Marketer
Ross has been with the company for almost four years. He specialises in web design and all fields of desk top publishing. He gained his knowledge and experience from various IT and creative roles as well as managing his own freelance web design studio. Ross’s skills include Networking/Email and Server Administration, DTP and web development, SEO, image manipulation and internet marketing strategies
Finance
Our finance and accounts department is headed up by Tracey Francis.
Tracey oversees the
accounts and sales administration functions and
places a
strong emphasis on providing a high level of
customer service. She has many years experience in
this field - progressing from a manufacturing
background, to merchandising/retail and then working
for herself before joining our team.
Telemarketing
Vili is our
telemarketing team leader and has worked for TSS
Marketing for over a year. She has excellent
communications skills and handles all of our booking,
membership services
and sales enquires.
Administration
All of our team leaders are backed up by a highly professional and skilled administration, marketing and sales team.
