Our membership services are aimed at resorts located outside the UK but who sell primarily to British citizens. TSS Marketing can provide a complete UK based Membership Services function.

By acting on behalf of resorts (who do not have a UK base), we can support the sales process to make sure clients continue with their purchase during the important cooling period – and beyond if required.

Many clients cancel or cease paying because they do not wish to make expensive telephone calls to resorts. Our call centre can help. Our experienced Membership Services Agents will act as a UK extension of your business providing a UK-based point of contact for your clients. We can undertake all outbound follow up activities and collections.
