To capture the details of incoming
leads we use a combination of professional telephonists and
specialist marketing software. Our software allows us to record and
track responses for individual advertising campaigns to see which are performing, who is responding and how.
Qualify
All leads are qualified as they respond against the criteria
supplied by our clients. This ensures only truly qualified leads
visit your resort and improves overall efficiency.
Booking Process
If a lead matches the right criteria
we manage the full booking of the tour using our inhouse reservations
team and specially developed software. All booking details will be
taken and recorded including personal details and credit card.
Credit card payments can be taken and managed.
Confirmation
We confirm bookings and/or
payments in writing to all guests included in the confirmation
letter are dates of arrival and departure, tour time and a map of the local area,
payment taken, contact telephone numbers and any additional
information. This is sent from our UK office we also include a
contact number 24 hours should a tour need to call about their
booking.
Response update
Our specially developed software for
the timeshare industry allows resort managers to keep up to date
with new bookings and confirmations. We will train mangers how to
use this and how they can keep a record of all of their clients
details.
