Our Directors have been appointed Commissioner of Deeds for the State of Florida and the United Kingdom.

As such we have the authority to take affidavits, depositions, acknowledgements of deeds and undertake any other services relating to the purchase of a timeshare week here in the UK on your behalf.

This is a great service to offer your UK clients especially as notaries are difficult to locate here and can be expensive.

We have two services available:

1. Our offices are based in the heart of England in Northamptonshire just 60 miles north of London with easy access to all parts of the UK. As such your clients can visit our offices at an appointed time to meet with our Directors who will process the paperwork in line with your requirements. The cost of this is $190.

2. Alternatively for those who are unable to visit us, we offer a home visit service. Our directors are able to travel to your clients and undertake the paperwork in the comfort of their own home and at a time that is suitable to them. The cost of this varies on the location of your clients in the UK, We charge 45p per mile and £40 per hour.
